We aim to ship most goods within 48hrs of cleared payment.  Postage is FREE with all stamp orders, to UK mainland customers only. Orders which include blocks or consumables (ink, chalks, shrink plastic etc) and/or outside of the UK  please email sales@dimensionfourthltd.co.uk for a quote. Please advise via email if you require any additional postal instructions. We pride ourselves on a speedy turnaround from receipt of payment, this usually means 2-5 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Goods that get damaged in transit are the responsibilty of Royal Mail. Guarantee

If  you are not completely satisfied with any of our products we are happy to exchange or refund you within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned at your expense and in their original condition. For faulty or damaged goods please see our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

If you should receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They will be replaced or refunded including your postage in full. When returning items we recommend you obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods that get lost in transit.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order. If  you decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded.  Please return the goods in their original state and obtain  proof of postage.

Minimum Order

Please note there is a minimum internet order of £10.00.

Smaller quantities can be purchased with the addition of postal charges, call 01226 630049 to place small order. Delivery costs are based on weight at Post Office rates and rounded up to the nearest 50p.
